Designed to be ran on the G series (25-550, 25-660, 30-770, Etc.). The purpose is to get rid of the stock downpipe adapter which is a massive restriction in the exhaust system causing turbulence and excessive back pressure. Without a re-tune, the test car picked up .98 seconds on the 70-120mph times, and a whopping 15whp and 31wtq, again WITHOUT a re-tune! If you are going for power and overall motor efficiency, this is an absolute must.

All turbos Ship Clocked, Lines assembled, and ready to install. Although all of the block/turbo/wastegate fittings ship in small bags with your turbo lines. I have included instructions in a video with your kit, although using the correct fittings in the correct places can be confusing and frustrating for newer enthusiasts. This selection will have me remove all extra fittings the turbos come with that aren't needed, and to assemble/torque each fitting where it needs to be on the turbo and wastegate, and is easiest to install for you, as well as change out the springs in your wastegate to the desired pressure of you or your tuner! (Comes standard with 14lb springs installed and other in the box)
The Decals are 11" wide, and can be seen how they look by checking in the turbo kit or merch section of the store. You do not have to take decals, although they are included at no cost. So opting out will not reduce the cost of the kit.

All of our kits are build per order and build time is approximately 3 weeks depending on stock. If the Scooter Manifolds are out of stock, leadtimes can vary from 3-6 weeks. He has tuned numerous kits of ours and is familiar with the turbos and wastegates we run!

This kit uses a Pulsar 5855G (G30-770) Dual Ball Bearing Turbo. *As with ATP, this turbo does require sanding down the axle carrier bearing and swapping the stud for a bolt to fit*

  • 9 Blade G-Aero Billet Compressor Wheel with Extended Tapered Tip Technology
  • 9 Blade G-Aero Inconel 713c Turbine Wheel
  • Anti-Surge ported-shroud compressor inlet, cover integrated with the speed sensor port
  • 0.72, 0.83, or 1.01 A/R dual V-BAND turbine housing
  • Max HP Rating of 770HP

This Kit also includes a 45mm Pulsar wastegate, a Stainless Steel Dumptube, upgraded high flow manifold to help with turbo spool, braided Stainless Steel turbo lines, a factory ford oil feed line filter, and all the hardware needed for installation! 1 step colder plugs for stock block can be found HERE. 2 step colder plugs for built motors and high boost can be found HERE. These kits are built in house at Clayton Performance.

Before ordering, you can add on a Turbo Blanket and/or T51R Mod compressor housing, or an AEF G series Custom downpipe!

The turbo Blanket increases performance from the cool side of the turbo by covering the hotter turbine housing. These blankets also ensure consistent and efficient running from the turbo charger's compressor components.

The T51R  modification will give your turbocharger the classic jet spool/whistle sound that was found on the old/retired/discontinued HKS T51R series turbochargers.
