Clayton Performance Focus ST Turbo Line & Fitting Kit

Clayton Performance is proud to announce our new and improved turbo line kit! This kit features a few notable improvements vs. our competition, and what is included is as follows:

• Coolant Banjo Bolt for Turbo Coolant feed
• -6an to Push-Lok adapter for Coolant feed
• -6an PTFE Coolant lines for feed and return
• -4an PTFE Oil Feed Line
• Turbo Oil Drain Stepdown Studs
• Turbo Oil Drain Gaskets
• ORB fittings for the engine block
• Turbo Oil Filter
  

The upgrades compared to our competition are mainly geared towards appealing to first time and veteran installers alike; the engine block is made of aluminum on the Focus ST, so using steel adapter fittings can cause you to strip your block fairly easily. The copper crush washers are also difficult to get to seal consistently due to the required torque on the adapter fittings, which again can cause the block to strip. The ORB fittings are made of aluminum, so they will strip out if you over-torque them instead of the block, plus they also feature O-Rings which means that when you install them you have a near-0 chance to spring a leak. The ends on the PTFE hose is adjustable, which means for you that you can still adjust them to get perfect fitment without having to worry about the swivel adapters which are hard to get properly torqued down. All in all, we felt like these changes were a no-brainer and after countless hours of testing on our shop car, we can rest assured you will love this setup as much as we have.

Since most turbos include coolant inlet/outlet fittings, we have elected not to include them to save cost for you. Additionally, the turbo inlet oil restrictors are turbo specific, so they are not included as well. If they are needed, shoot us a message! We can write you up an invoice that fits your turbo.
