If you fit a test pipe to your car, you could run the risk of having an engine light turn on. This is usually due to the fact that the sensor is reading the added exhaust gas flow and it could identify this as a fault. 

Please note: NEVER fit this to the primary Lambda sensor before the catalyst, doing so can cause engine damage. It must ONLY be fitted to the O2 sensor found AFTER the catalyst.
