Manley's H-Beam Rods for the Ford EcoBoost 2.0 engine are a great starting point for reinforcing your Focus ST with forged internals without breaking the bank.  The H Beam can take a beating with a high torque and high horsepower setup up to about 500-600 horsepower and torque.  Each rod is matched very closely to each other in weight so that the rotating assemble is closely balanced.  Each rod is precisely machined to exact tolerances specifically for the Focus ST EcoBoost engine.

 

  • Manufactured from 4340 forgings
  • Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened and 100% individually magnafluxed
  • Weight matched sets + 1.5 grams
  • Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000
  • Flywheel horsepower range for these rods in a 4 cylinder application is 600+

  • Center-to-center: 6.136"
  • Big end bore: 2.167"
  • Big end width: .860"
  • Pin diameter: .886" (22.5mm)
